WHILE I agree with Mr Smith’s comments about Halton Hospital (World, October 15), I wish staff who smoke would find somewhere clean to use for this purpose.

Councillors should resign over incinerator

I WOULD like to comment on the mess that Halton Borough Council has caused to the public of Runcorn and the surrounding areas by not allowing a public inquiry into the building of the incinerator.
